Returns.

Every effort is taken to ensure that your items reach you in good condition. All items are packed to ensure maximum chance of them arriving in good shape.

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if faulty. The items must be returned with the original packaging that was sent to you and with a return envelope included. Please post the items back to us upon which time they will be inspected for damage. All items are sent via regular Australian Post. If you require an alternative postage method, please contact us and we will let you know the price. If a duplicate item is not available, you will be advised of an alternative that is in stock or to wait for identical item to be re-stocked.

Please ensure that all original items are returned, including the original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
